1. Acceptance of Terms

PureTools is a specialized utility utilizing the Gemini 2.5 Flash API to generate structured text prompts. By using PureTools, you acknowledge that you understand it is a text generator and does not produce final image/video content itself. You agree to abide by all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts and Access

PureTools does not require formal registration. Access is provided instantly. We may use temporary session identifiers solely for the immediate function of generating prompts.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership of Generated Prompts:

You Retain Ownership: Any text prompt generated based on your unique creative input is considered your intellectual property. PureTools claims no ownership rights over your specific text prompts.

3.2 Platform Rights:

The PureTools website, underlying code, System Prompt logic, and branding remain the exclusive property of PureTools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

4. Restrictions and Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Gemini API or System Prompts.
  • Use automated bots/scraping tools to abuse API limits.

5. Third-Party API Disclosure & Liability

5.1 Use of Gemini API: Your input is transmitted to Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash API. Google's handling of data is governed by their own Terms of Service.

5.2 Disclaimer: PureTools strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that prompts will perfectly adhere to every third-party model's changing syntax. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. PureTools is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless PureTools from any claims resulting from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
